The Media and More! Auction is the GLV Ad Club’s major fundraising event of the year.  Auction proceeds benefit the GLV Ad Club’s Scholarship Fund, educational outreach programs and provide advertising and marketing assistance to non-profit groups in need.

2008 is destined to be our most successful event ever.  It’s our first stand-alone event, and what better venue than the Club Level of Coca-Cola Park, with it’s panoramic views of the Lehigh Valley?!  We are inviting many local business owners and advertising decision makers.  We hope you can come to this unique event and bid on some amazing advertising packages and MUCH MORE!

Date:  November 12, 2008
Time:  5:30 to 8:30
Place:  Inside the Club Level at Coca-Cola Park (Home of the Iron Pigs)
Other Info:  Free admission includes appetizers and a buffet-style dinner.  Bidding is open to all attendees.  Beer, wine and soft drinks will be served.  Fun giveaways throughout the night!

We need your help!
We’re asking clients, friends, and business partners of the Ad Club for donations.   All donations are appreciated.  Some ideas include:  advertising packages in print, radio, outdoor, transit, and TV; donations of studio and recording time; restaurant gift certificates, salon and spa certificates, jewelry, golf packages, ski passes, sports and entertainment memorabilia, limos, vacation packages, hotels, theater tickets, admission passes to area attractions and more.

Final deadline for donations is Monday, November 3rd.  All items donated and confirmed by this date will be listed in the auction guide and displayed at the event.
